Kate joined the Company in May 2021, having already provided legal advice to the Group over a number of years in her previous role with a leading New Zealand law firm.
Kate was appointed Chief Legal Officer in April 2026 and is responsible for the Group’s legal function. In her role as Company Secretary, she works closely with the Board on governance matters.
Prior to joining the Group, Kate worked in private practice for 9 years, with a focus on commercial and intellectual property law. Kate is a qualified solicitor in New Zealand.
