Jaron joined the Group in November 2016, having already provided legal advice to the Group over a number of years in his previous role with a leading New Zealand law firm.
Jaron is responsible for the Group’s legal function and our important sustainability programme and in his role as Company Secretary works closely with the Board on governance.
Prior to joining the Group, Jaron worked in private practice for 15 years as a corporate and commercial lawyer. Jaron is a qualified solicitor in New Zealand and England and Wales.
