Your personal information is being collected by The a2 Milk Company Limited (ABN 97 769 415 292) PO Box 1564, North Sydney NSW 2059 (‘a2MC’, ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’). We handle all personal information we collect in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the ‘Privacy Act’).

We collect information mainly through our communications or dealings with you, but we may also do so from other sources in the course of providing goods, services and information to you, or from your acquisition or purchase of security holdings in a2MC. This may include the collection of information from your financial advisor, broker, a share registry, or authorised representative communicating with us on your behalf. We may use your personal information for the purposes of administering and maintaining the register of holdings in a2MC, for record-keeping, reporting, audit and fraud-prevention purposes, and carrying out our business and operations, including in order to respond to your queries, provide and improve our a2TM branded products and services.  If you do not provide the personal information requested in this form, then we may not be able to administer your investment in a2MC and will not be able to contact you for the above listed purposes.

We will not disclose your personal information to any person except as required in the course of contacting you, in connection with your security holding in a2MC, or for the ordinary administration of our business and your investment. In administering our business, we may use other companies to provide services such as mailing, printing and our share registry. Some of the recipients we disclose your personal information to may be located in other countries, including Australia, New Zealand, China, the United Kingdom, the United States, and any other country in which our related bodies corporates do business. In certain circumstances, we may disclose information about you if authorised or required under the Privacy Act or other applicable law.
